At SAP Brunch, we believe brunch should feel memorable, comforting, and a little unexpected. We’re a made-from-scratch brunch restaurant in Appleton focused on thoughtful food, warm hospitality, local ingredients, and a team culture built around professionalism, creativity, and consistency.
We’re looking for a Line Cook who takes pride in their craft, moves with urgency, communicates well with the team, and genuinely cares about the guest experience from start to finish.
Position Overview
At SAP, we value cross-training, teamwork, adaptability, and cooks who want to grow. Our kitchen is fast-paced during peak brunch hours, but we aim to maintain a positive, respectful, and organized environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about quality execution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently according to SAP standards
- Work stations including:
- Egg/Brunch Line
- Cold Line
- Expo
- Prep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Assist with prep production, stocking, and kitchen setup/breakdown
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates during service
- Help maintain smooth ticket flow during high-volume brunch periods
- Support the team wherever needed we operate collaboratively
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable
- Weekend availability required
- Interest in learning multiple stations and growing within the company

Schedule
- Primarily daytime hours
- Wednesday–Sunday operation
- Weekend and holiday availability expected
