In order to be seated for an interview, we require the following:
- Valid driver's license and social security card
- Background check completed within the last year
- Certification or verification of classes
- Resume
- Current negative TB test OR a chest x ray stating no TB present with a current screening
- Copies of CPR and First Aid certifications
- Proof of current auto insurance
