About The Role
SANY America is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives across multiple business functions and locations. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and hiring process management.
The Contract Recruiter will work closely with HR and hiring managers to quickly identify and attract qualified talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring recruiting processes remain organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly, salaried, technical, and operational positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach efforts
- Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support offer coordination and pre-employment activities
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire transitions as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within ATS and HR systems
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring status updates
- Ensure compliance with company hiring procedures and applicable employment laws
- Assist in reducing time-to-fill and improving recruiting efficiency
- Support hiring initiatives during periods of growth, operational ramp-up, or organizational transition
- Provide recruiting updates and candidate feedback to hiring managers and HR leadership
- Build effective working relationships across departments and business units
- Represent SANY America professionally during recruiting interactions and hiring events
- Coordinate with external staffing agencies when necessary and approved
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or staffing environments
- Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, heavy equipment, industrial, logistics, or operations environments
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices
