You will be the central point of accountability for the entire project lifecycle, from concept to manufacturing transfer.
- Lead & Execute: Own the successful delivery of high-complexity electronics projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
- Be the Customer Face: Act as the primary customer interface, managing communication, expectations, and satisfaction throughout the project.
- Drive Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless execution.
- Plan & Analyze: Develop detailed project proposals, plans, and schedules using tools like Microsoft Project. Proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Communicate & Report: Provide clear, regular status updates on milestones, risks, and next steps to both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Mentor & Improve: Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience managing complex technical projects in electronics product development, engineering services, or contract manufacturing.
- Proven track record of guiding multi-disciplinary teams through the full product lifecycle: design, verification, regulatory approval, and transfer-to-manufacturing.
- Strong experience in regulated industries; medical device (FDA/ISO 13485) experience is highly preferred. Automotive, defense, or other complex sectors are also valued.
- Technical understanding of electronics, embedded systems, and multidisciplinary development processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium-to-large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience.
- Experience mentoring or developing other project professionals.
