Waterproofing Foreman / Working Supervisor

Gregorys Waterproofing is seeking an experienced, dependable Waterproofing Foreman / Working Supervisor to oversee and perform residential waterproofing and related construction work.

This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate must be able to supervise and direct employees while also working alongside the crew in the field.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise, manage, and coordinate crew members and daily job-site activities.
• Perform hands-on residential waterproofing work alongside the crew.
• Oversee foundation waterproofing, drainage systems, sump pumps and pits, vapor barriers, waterproofing membranes/coatings, and related work.
• Ensure work is completed properly, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and customers regarding job-site work and progress.
• Determine materials and supplies required for projects.
• Pick up and transport materials and supplies as needed.
• Handle job-related errands and coordinate day-to-day field needs.
• Maintain an organized and safe job site.
• Report job progress, problems, changes, and additional work to management.

Requirements:

• Previous waterproofing and/or related construction experience.
• Previous crew-leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable directing employees and taking responsibility for job-site operations.
• Must also be willing and able to perform physical, hands-on work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be responsible, dependable, organized, and able to communicate professionally with customers.
• Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with availability after regular working hours when necessary.

Starting Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
