Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will manage our online presence, create and execute marketing campaigns, and generate qualified leads for both new developments and individual real estate agents. This person will be responsible for building brand awareness, producing engaging content, and running paid and organic campaigns that bring in buyers, sellers, and investor interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and post high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage engagement (comments, messages, etc.) to grow following and drive inquiries.
- Website & SEO:
- Maintain and update the company website with current listings, developments, and project updates.
- Optimize website for SEO to ensure visibility on Google when people search for general contractors, new construction, or homes for sale.
- Email Marketing:
- Create and manage regular email campaigns and newsletters targeting buyers, realtors, and investors.
- Track and analyze open and click-through rates to improve performance.
- Advertising & Lead Generation:
- Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
- Strategically market realtors and developments individually to increase exposure and sales.
- Content Creation:
- Develop marketing materials such as flyers, videos, social media posts, and project highlight reels.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creatives as needed.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Work closely with team to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure consistency and professionalism in all outreach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media, or digital advertising (real estate or development experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organization, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate development, construction, and sales processes strongly preferred.
