What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cooks/Prep Cooks position at Santoni's Pizzeria?
We are currently seeking a full time cook and prep person for our pizzeria restaurant.
Must have at least 2 years prior kitchen experience and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
You will have to:
- Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistence
- Cook and Prep a range of Italian dishes
- Restock stations and keep them clean.
- Stand and/or walk for an entire shift'
