Hostess/Cashier

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Hostess to join our dynamic team. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and smooth dining experience from the moment they enter. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and managing guest flow effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are required to serve our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations, seat guests, and coordinate table assignments based on guest preferences and availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entrance, waiting areas, and host stand.
• Answer phone calls, provide information about the restaurant, take reservations, and address guest inquiries.
• Assist in managing wait times, ensuring guests are informed and comfortable while waiting.
• Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
• Monitor dining room activity and communicate with the kitchen and floor staff to ensure timely service.
• Assist with special requests or guest concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain an upbeat attitude, representing the restaurant in a professional manner.
• Display professionalism in all interactions, ensuring the highest standards of service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
