Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician Associate, a vital role dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. We are a primary care clinic in Stayton, we are a Tier 5 PCPCH and the 1st primary care clinic in Oregon to get the Health Equity Designation! As a key member of the clinical team, you will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and vital signs documentation using electronic health record (EHR) system Athena.
• Document all clinical encounters accurately in medical records while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and ICD/CPT coding standards.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Physician Associate or equivalent credential with active state licensure.
• Proven experience working in hospital or clinic environments with familiarity in inpatient and outpatient care settings.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and clinical procedures across multiple specialties including cardiology, neurology, psychiatry, endocrinology, and pediatrics.
• Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Athena or similar platforms; proficiency in medical records management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and interdisciplinary collaboration; commitment to patient service excellence.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are advantageous. Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
