Head Softball Coach at Santiam Christian High School:
Santiam Christian School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Softball Coach to lead our volleyball program, focusing on both athletic excellence and Christian character. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Christian faith, coaching experience, and a desire to mentor student-athletes while fostering a competitive, supportive, and Christ-centered environment.
As the Head Softball Coach, you will manage all levels of the Softball program, from elementary through varsity, and lead the Varsity team toward success. The position includes overseeing off-season practices, maintaining a positive team culture, and ensuring athletes uphold the standards of Santiam Christian. Successful candidates will have a background in Softball, knowledge of the sport’s rules, and experience in leading teams to achievement, including a track record of success and sportsmanship.
This part-time position offers a stipend ranging from $2,800 to $4,000 depending on experience. The Head Softball Coach will report to the Athletic Director and work collaboratively with assistant coaches, staff, and the broader school community.
