We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance person to join our team at a well-established manufactured housing community in Palm Springs. This is a full-time position that requires a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a broad set of handy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine groundskeeping and general property maintenance
- Assist with community improvement projects as needed
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
- Take direction and carry out tasks professionally under the supervision of the Community Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- Plumbing and electrical experience
- Previous experience in general maintenance or handyman work
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
