Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations to evaluate patients for BHRT and GLP-1 (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide) eligibility.
• Personalized Care Plans: Design, implement, and manage customized treatment protocols tailored to individual patient goals.
• Pharmacology & Oversight: Order necessary diagnostic labs, interpret results, and manage prescriptions with precise adjustments based on patient response.
• Patient Education: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding patients through the expectations, benefits, and lifestyle shifts associated with hormone and metabolic therapy.
• Digital Excellence: Maintain high-standard medical records within athenahealth and ensure all virtual interactions meet our "patient-first" gold standard.

Qualifications

• Idaho Licensure: Must hold a current, unencumbered APRN license in the state of Idaho with autonomous prescribing authority.
• Specialized Interest: A strong background or deep interest in BHRT and GLP-1 therapies (previous experience is a significant plus).
• Tech Proficiency: You must be comfortable working in a 100% virtual environment; familiarity with athenahealth EMR is preferred.
