A successful Night Shift Supervisor at Shop-EZ will:
Lead by example
Work as a team
Be a reliable employee that reports to work in a timely manner.
Have good communication in both written and verbal with team members, vendors, and customer
Duties and Responsibilities
Operation:
Maintain beneficial relationships with current convenience store distributors and forming new relations with distributors when advantageous or required by the ending of existing relationship.
Assist customers with questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner and involve manager for assisting with concerning issues
Monitor and control inventory levels
Ordering and maintaining inventory levels of all products sold at the station, including food, beverages, tobacco products, automotive supplies, and other items
Make sure vendors find refunds
Keep track of waste - items that get returned don't go on the report
Check for expired products
Notify manager when product is wrong price
Process customer transactions quickly and accurately
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures and protocol
Employees:
Report attendance issues to manager
Managing employee training efforts to ensure that all employees are properly trained in their job duties
Managing your shift employees to ensure shifts are covered
Financials:
Balance cash drawer at the end of your shift
Salary : $16 - $20
