A challenging and rewarding opportunity awaits a new full time Medical Operations Coordinator at Sante Health System in Fresno, CA. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for Central Valley Women's Health Associates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Recent graduate from a Medical Office Administration program or minimum 1-2 years of healthcare outpatient, billing or management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of basic business office policies and procedures
- Knowledge of basic computer systems, programs and applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to evaluate and make recommendations for continuous quality improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and assist with administrative and operational tasks such as maintain full provider schedules, receipt and completion of referrals, assist office manager with staffing needs, etc.
- Monitor current metrics to determine success of office visit and pre-operative workflows.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with physicians, providers and management.
- Help ensure exceptional patient service and care and office efficiency.
- In the spirit of teamwork, employees are expected to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties as requested.
