Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist

Sante Health System in Fresno, CA is looking to hire a full-time Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to assist with all aspects of Advantek Client Billing and Invoice Payments, serving as the primary contact for internal and external customer inquiries and resolving issues and contributing to the implementation of approved solutions to ensure optimum department performance.

• Associate's degree and Finance experience are preferred
• Two to four years finance/accounts payable/client relationship experience
• Must possess a valid drivers' license and proof of insurance

Candidates should have exceptional people and communication skills, be highly skilled in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work.

1. Liaison between Finance and other company departments
2. Must be able to clearly communicate with clients/brokers when necessary
3. Assist as needed with new group implementations in regards to Finance functions
4. Understand weekly funding processes
5. Strategize with internal departments to address/resolve any client or process related issues
6. Work closely with various departments to resolve Finance related issues
7. Assist with Stop Loss and Operations during months in which policies are ending
8. Represents company at client, industry or professional meetings/events as needed
9. Other duties as assigned
