Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing team.
- Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Follow infection-control procedures and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of LNA experience.
- Active and valid Vermont LNA license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
