Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Location: Willows Center, Parkersburg, WV
Contract: 14 weeks (possible extension)
Shift: Day, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 40 hrs/week guaranteed
Pay Options
- Travel Package: $75/hr blended | $3,000 weekly on W2 (includes stipend)
- Local Rate: $65/hr | $2,600 weekly on W2
Role Overview
Lead daily facility operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Provide strong leadership to department heads, foster staff engagement, and maintain a positive community presence.
Requirements
- Active LNHA license (West Virginia)
- Skilled in leadership, compliance, and SNF regulations
- Experience in LTC and extensive regulatory experience for this building.
