Santcore Technologies is looking for an experienced Application Developer with strong security expertise to support our client in enhancing and adapting existing applications for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). This role requires deep understanding of quantum-safe algorithms, secure software development, and modern application frameworks.
The ideal consultant will work closely with security architects and engineering teams to evaluate, integrate, and optimize quantum-resistant cryptographic methods across critical enterprise systems

- Hybrid: Minimum 2 days/week onsite in Manassas, VA
- Interviews:
- First: 30-minute virtual screening
- Second: 1-hour technical virtual interview
- Important:
- No C2C only W2/1099
- Adapt and evolve current solutions to support Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) requirements.
- Work with engineering teams to develop secure software modules leveraging:
- Quantum Key Distribution (QKD)
- Post-Quantum Algorithms (PQC)
- ML-KEM / ML-DSA
- Integrate quantum-safe cryptographic controls within J2EE/Java-based systems.
- Develop, test, and optimize secure application features using modern application security practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security Architecture, Software Engineering, and Product Teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations and risk assessments for quantum-safe solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications (preferred):
- Security
- CISSP
- CEH
- Cryptography/Quantum-security related credentials
Salary : $55 - $60
