The Difference You Make:
The Sr. Specialist, Pricing is responsible for analysis, sales and pricing of a large portfolio of products. Key activities are to develop consistent and reliable reporting and analysis to understand and communicate trends, metrics, and indices needed to drive better planning, pricing, and sales activities. A key part of this role is to proactively review the reports to identify trends that are inconsistent with existing plans so that appropriate action can be taken. This would include price changes, forecasting changes, and agent, customer and dealer level incentives/corrective actions.

$92,500.00 USD

- Develops data reporting structures and formats to interrogate available MRP information.
- Develops clear and concise reporting for key metrics.
- Develops external comparable metrics to help drive organizational expectations.
- Analyzes and review results of pricing and promotional initiatives in terms of sales growth, margin and profitability growth.
- Sets up frequent multi-organizational reviews of key metrics and develop root causes and action plans for trends that are not proceeding within expectations.
- Works across the organization to help develop initiatives, solidly based on data results, to drive improved business performance.
- Evaluates Pricing/Rebate structure for key customers and significant industry/peer groups identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or equivalent field. - Required.
- 2 Years Pricing and/or pricing processes experience. - Required.
- Demonstrated ability to implement procedures and guidelines.
- Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and customer-facing features.
- Proficiency with SQL/SAS/Python
- Overall proficiency with MS Office (Excel pivot table, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, excellent organization, ability to prioritize work load and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Rigorous and focus on results.
- Customer-focused.
- Patient, willing to learn new skills.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and affinity for numbers.
