We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account serving Family Dollar stores out of Ashley, IN. This is a regional solo position delivering to IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI - with strong additional earnings from unload pay on every load. Immediate openings available.
PAY
- $1,600 - $1,800 average weekly earnings
- Top earners: $2,200 per week
- $80,000 - $115,000 annually
- CPM: $0.80 -$0.86
- Unload pay: $325 per load - average 3 loads per week
- Backhaul pay: $30 per backhaul
- Weekly mileage: 1,110 average miles
- Paid weekly
SIGN-ON BONUS - $2,500 TOTAL
JOB DETAILS
- Position: Full-Time - Dedicated Regional Solo
- Customer: Family Dollar / Dollar Tree
- Freight: Dry - driver-assisted unload via roller conveyors
- Home Time: Home 3-4 times per week - typically every other day
- Running area: Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin
- Schedule: Early AM deliveries
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Must have secure parking for truck and trailer at home location
- Physical ability for driver-assisted unloading
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong customer service skills when working with store personnel
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver dry freight to Family Dollar store locations across IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI
- Driver-assisted unload via roller conveyors at each stop
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and safety policies
- Communicate with dispatch on delivery progress
