Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Santana Mental Health Services is seeking a Florida-licensed outpatient therapist to join our growing behavioral health practice. We are expanding our in-house psychotherapy services and are looking for an independently licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT to provide therapy to a broad outpatient population, including adults, children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Treat patients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, adjustment issues, behavioral concerns, grief, and other outpatient behavioral health needs
- Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and the clinical/admin team
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Participate in clinical collaboration and basic quality review
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
- Comfortable treating complex cases and patients with multiple diagnoses
- Strong documentation, communication, and risk-assessment skills
- Individual NPI and CAQH profile
- Malpractice insurance required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Existing credentialing with top commercial payers preferred, including Optum/United Behavioral Health, Aetna, Florida Blue, and Cigna
Schedule:
Part-time fee-for-service position to start, approximately 10–25 clinical hours per week, with opportunity to increase as caseload grows. Afternoon, evening, and after-school availability preferred.
Compensation:
Fee-for-service compensation, typically ranging from $45–$80 per completed session depending on the service provided. Compensation may vary based on experience, credentialing status, bilingual ability, schedule availability, and documentation quality.
Pay: $45.00 - $80.00 per hour
