Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Attorney role based in Union City, NJ. The Immigration Attorney will manage a case load involving a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, naturalization, and employment-based cases as applicable. Day-to-day responsibilities include client intake, legal research, case strategy development, drafting petitions and applications, preparing supporting documentation, and maintaining detailed case files. The attorney will represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and other agencies, including preparing clients and witnesses for hearings and interviews. The role also involves regular client communication, participation in team meetings, and close collaboration with legal assistants and other staff to ensure timely and accurate case progression.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of and interest in Immigration Law, as well as practical experience handling Immigration Issues affecting individuals and families.
- Ability to analyze complex Legal Issues, conduct thorough legal research, and draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state; eligibility to practice in New Jersey is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts to clients in a clear and respectful manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate records, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to serving diverse communities.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a must.
