Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations on residential construction sites with full accountability for safety, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, including bidding, vetting, and hiring
- Communicate closely with field crews to ensure efficient execution
- Partner with homeowners, engineers, and the sales team to ensure a high-end client experience
- Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation with attention to detail
- Proactively solve project issues to avoid delays or quality issues
- Enforce building codes, local regulations, and company quality standards
- Mentor site superintendents and team members to develop skills and ensure project cohesion
- Participate in planning and process improvement across the company
Qualifications
- 5 years of residential construction experience, including supervisory or project management roles
- Knowledge of Nevada building codes and best practices in residential building
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project scheduling and management tools (Google Docs, Excel, MS Project, or similar)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing priorities
- Experience with production home building and site development is a plus
- Comfort with light IT setup and field technology support is a bonus
