Job Summary:
Santa Rosa Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position. The position requires a highly motivated person with great organizational skills, proficient in Windows based computer systems, word processing, email, web search and other skills needed to effectively help our clients. Experience with our practice management software, AVimark, highly preferred. Most of all great customer service skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Provide hospitality for new and existing clients
· Client scheduling and reminders
· Collect and process payments
· Answer multiple telephone lines
· Organize and stock office supplies
· Daily cleaning duties
· Other duties as required around the hospital
