Seeking Speech Language Pathologist Assistant / *Must have SLPA License

Santa Rosa Speech and Language Services clinic in Santa Rosa, California is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide therapy at our clinic in Santa Rosa.

This position offers on-the-job training in play-based, augmentative, and alternative communication with children aged 2-adulthood. We operate with a no-stress attitude at our clinic, our employees are important to us! We pay for no shows and also pay for gap time for full-time employees.

The SLPA will provide therapy and treatment of communication skills, working with individuals diagnosed with communication disorders, intellectual disability, and neurodevelopmental differences. SLPAs ensure the quality and appropriate implementation of speech, language, and communication goals. Our community clinic serves clients and students with diagnoses including speech and language delay, speech sound disorders, intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and similar diagnoses.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (20-40 hours/week)

We also offer a flex schedule for part-time workers.

Compensation: $64,800 - $93,500 annual

Requirements:

- CCA SLPA License
