The ideal candidate will design, organize, and modify the company's computer systems. This individual will evaluate and assess systems to ensure they are operating effectively. Based on assessments, this individual will harness collected knowledge and make adjustments to existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain system efficiency and ensure reliable performance across all platforms
- Ensure system design allows all components to integrate and function properly
- Evaluate and modify system performance; recommend and implement upgrades
- Administer and support Active Directory (OUs, policies, user/group accounts, audits)
- Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, and distribution groups)
- Administer and monitor Intune (device compliance, app deployment, update management, security baselines)
- Manage and maintain Jamf Pro for Apple device enrollment, configuration, patching, and security compliance
- Collaborate with district IT staff and engineers to enhance usability, security, and scalability
Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Graduation from an accredited college with an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Studies, or Computer related technical degree
- Microsoft Certification or Training in applicable skill areas
- Microsoft Certification in the below can be substituted for the college degree requirement: - MCSA – Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator – 2003 or above
- Microsoft Exchange Training or Certification (MCSA Messaging) 5. Three years of experience in network administration and support
