Application password: 1234 The Counseling Secretary and Registrar work as a team and share responsibilities in a variety of areas and play an integral role in providing support to the school site, students and families. Under direction of a school administrator individuals perform responsible clerical, technical and record-keeping duties as well as provide information and assistance regarding assigned functions. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.

Requirements / Qualifications

Required: -High school diploma, including or supplemented by courses in office procedures, plus three years of office experience, preferably with at least one year in a school setting. Desired: -Experienced working in school office, supporting data entry in student record system

Work Day: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Includes 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 recent letters of recommendation)
