Application password: 1234 Under the direction of an elementary principal, manage the efficient operation of an elementary school office by performing a combination of receptionist, clerical, record-keeping, community relations and student care services. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.

Requirements / Qualifications

Required: -Any combination of education, training and/or experience equivalent to a High School diploma. -Experience in an office environment, preferably in a school environment. Knowledge of office practices and procedures, including business correspondence, record-keeping, public relations, and organizational systems. -Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people. Desired: -Experience in a multicultural work environment. -Comfortable interacting with people on the phone and in person. -French and/or Spanish language skills.

Work Week: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (includes 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
