Expanded Learning Program Site Lead

Under the supervision of Coordinator of Expanded Learning and general direction of the site administrator, oversee the day-to-day operations of the expanded learning site program. The Site Lead provides supervision to students enrolled in the expanded Learning Programs; collaborates in planning and designing program activities; maintains records and files in compliance with State regulations and District policies; provides guidance to program staff; maintains a safe and nurturing environment conducive to the growth and development of children. The Site Lead also plans and facilitates team meetings and completes activity schedules, facilitates student behavior management, ensures program emergency procedures are in place and other duties as determined by the ELP Coordinator. The Santa Rita Union School District (SRUSD), located in the heart of the Salinas Valley of Monterey County, and is comprised of approximately 3600 students from Pre-School through Eighth Grade. We are located in the heart of "Steinbeck Country" a region best known for its exceptional air quality and mild central coast climate and the hometown of Nobel Prize winning recipient, John Steinbeck.
