We’re hiring an experienced Fleet & Safety Manager
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily fleet operations including scheduling, inspections, and vehicle tracking
- Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and service schedules for company vehicles and equipment
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies
- Conduct safety training and driver orientation programs
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and safety concerns while implementing corrective actions
- Maintain records for inspections, insurance, licenses, registrations, and maintenance logs
- Develop and enforce fleet safety procedures and workplace safety programs
- Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and management teams
- Perform regular safety audits and vehicle inspections
- 3–5 years of irrigation experience, including leadership or crew management
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, troubleshooting, and water management practices
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to manage multiple crews, priorities, and schedules
- Strong communication and problem-solving skill
- Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs as needed
