We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments through POS systems, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours or special events such as nightclub nights or private parties.
• Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation protocols diligently while managing guest relations in a courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations.
• Experience with reservation management tools such as OpenTable is advantageous.

Pay: $16.90 - $17.50 per hour
