Lube Technician – Full Time
Santa Maria Ford Lincoln is looking for a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our growing service team!
Pay: $17.00–$23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and routine maintenance
- Rotate and balance tires
- Inspect vehicles and complete multi-point inspections
- Check and top off vehicle fluids
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Automotive experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
