What’s it like to be a caregiver at Santa Lucia?
On a typical day, you might:
Provide transportation and supervision
Model appropriate behaviors
Plan and participate in community activities such as movies, bowling, zoo visits, car rides, or sporting events
Support individuals in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and assist with daily living skills
Qualifications
Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation
- Customized Community Support Starting Rate: $19.15 per hour
- Customized In Home Living Support Rate: $25.25 per hour
