Currently, seeking a full-time Referral Coordinator for a private multispecialty medical group in North Salinas, CA.
Position: Full-Time Referral Coordinator
Salary: Starting: - $21, negotiable based on experience
Office hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30am-7:00pm
Saturdays 8:00am-2:00pm (as needed)
Work Schedule Monday – Friday, times vary. Saturdays 8:00am-2:00pm

Duties:
- Schedule appointments with outside specialists
- Transfer confidential Medical Records using HIPPA guidelines
- Obtain prior authorization for referrals
- Communicate appointment information to patients
- Maintain appointment logs
- Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish, required.
