What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dual Enrollment Aide-Coaching duties position at Santa Gertrudis ISD?
Provide guidance and supervision to students taking college courses in conjunction with their High School schedule.
Provide instructional assistance to students during their college class period(s).
Maintain accurate attendance, grades and coursework documentation for students attending college courses during the school day.
Maintain a disciplined classroom atmosphere for all students to learn effectively

Education/Certification:
High school diploma or hold a General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Valid Texas educational aide certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics
Ability to work well with high school students
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to promote a professional relationship with students
Ability to take initiative of situations and circumstances.
Computer experience is a must specifically, Google classroom, Google sheets/Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google docs/Microsoft word.
Experience:
Some experience working with children
