What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Receptionist position at Santa Fe Tennis & Swim Club?
We are looking for a front-desk receptionist to work Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:45 AM to 1 PM. (Additional shifts often become available, though working them is not a requirement of being hired for this job.)
He or she will answer telephones, greet and assist members and visitors, and perform scheduling and clerical tasks.
He or she should possess good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A pleasant, positive attitude is required. Reliability is essential.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls.
- Maintains confidentiality of all data.
- Support management and administration with miscellaneous projects.
- Communicate with and assist Club members and guests.
- Must have good organizational skills and analytical ability in order to interpret information, and carry out duties independently.
- Must be cooperative and have the desire to be a team player.
Qualifications
- Team-oriented with a positive and optimistic attitude.
- Experience in administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficient in use of computers and software.
- Customer service experience or aptitude to be able to deal tactfully with Club members, guests, fellow employees, and the general public.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
