Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Distiller at Santa Fe Spirits in Santa Fe, NM. The Distiller will be responsible for assisting the Lead Distiller with distillation processes, sensory evaluation, quality control, bottling, and brewing activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Distillation and Brewing skills
- Experience in Sensory Evaluation and Quality Control
- Knowledge of bottling processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience with distillery software such as Whiskey Systems
- Experience with TTB filing
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines in distillation
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related field
