About the Role
Santa Fe Salt Cave and Spa is looking for a part-time attendant to help create a calm, welcoming experience for our guests. This role works independently in a customer service environment, so we're looking for someone calm, reliable, and comfortable running the space on their own during a shift. No experience or license required — we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, check them in, and explain salt cave and spa sessions
- Set up and administer treatments as needed, following training and protocols
- Handle cash and card payments accurately at check-in / check-out
- Set up, turn over, and clean the salt cave and spa areas between sessions
- Handle laundry, restock towels and supplies, and keep common areas tidy
- Answer basic guest questions in person and by phone
- Help maintain a quiet, relaxing atmosphere throughout the spa
Requirements
- No prior experience, license, or certification required
- Calm, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
- Trustworthy and accurate with cash handling
- Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts, and be on your feet during a shift
