Job Requirements:

Work with the Theatre's artistic leadership to define goals and programs, both long and short term that will promote growth, artistic vitality and integrity;

Manage day-to-day operations by directing, supervising, and facilitating the following departments: finance and administration, development, marketing, education, company and contract management, patron services and human resources;

Negotiate, execute, and administer contracts for staff, directors, actors, designers, artistic associates, and other special personnel, either artistic or administrative

Serve as the primary liaison to all theatrical unions and ensure compliance with all collective bargaining agreements.

Supervise and lead the organizational budget process, monitor the budget and its maintenance systems, and assume overall responsibility for fiscal matters necessary to the Theatre's operation; and

Work with the Theatre's Board of Trustees ("Board") and all committees of the Board to provide clear and open communication between Theatre and Board, and act as one of the principal agents and representatives of the Board in support of the Board's governance of the Theatre.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective, professional interaction with staff, artists, and board.

Strong writing, research, math, and detail-oriented skills.

Operational rigor and a heart for people – bringing clarity, compassion, and collaboration to their work

Confident, outgoing interpersonal communication style.

Knowledge and understanding of the theatrical production process.

High proficiency in Google Suite
