Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Esthetician role at our Birmingham, AL location. The Esthetician will provide a range of skincare services, including hair removal and customized facial treatments, while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess their skincare needs, recommending products and treatments, and promoting retail products and services to enhance client satisfaction. The Esthetician will help uphold the company’s commitment to high-quality service and client well-being.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Skin Care techniques, including facial treatments and other esthetic services
- Experience with Hair Removal and related cosmetic services
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to create a positive client experience
- Sales skills to recommend and promote skincare products and treatments effectively
- Licensed in Esthetics or Cosmetology
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is a plus
