Job Summary
Job Summary
Provides supervision and individualized instruction for students in order for them to complete high school graduation requirements; participate in Career Technical Education Partnership (CTEP), work experience programs, or acquire a work permit; maintains program quality and compliance with state guidelines and implements assigned policy and administrative regulations; Utilize course of study adopted by the Board of Education, California State Curriculum Frameworks and appropriate learning activities to teach the curriculum.
Requirements / Qualifications
This position is open until filled and applications will be routinely screened and qualified candidates will be invited to interview. Must hold an appropriate California Teaching Credential; Multiple or Single Subject; Must have English Learner (EL) Authorization; Valid Class C California Driver's License; Valid TB Test.
School Year: 185 days per year. Class Hours: 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (7.5 hrs./day). This position will be a daytime teaching position. MA (pro-rated) stipend $1,500; Doctorate (pro-rated) stipend $400.
