Job Summary
Job Summary
Plans, develops, and delivers training programs for School Day Café food service personnel. The position supports consistent implementation of food service procedures, food safety standards, and operational practices across school cafeterias and Central Kitchen operations.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: • High school diploma or equivalent required. Coursework in food service management, nutrition, culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred. Experience: • Four years of experience in large-scale food service operations including experience in a supervisory, lead, or training capacity preferred. Additional experience may substitute for some higher education. License and Certificates • Requires valid California Driver’s License and Insurability. • Current certificate of completion of a food safety and sanitation manager course.
