- Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles to support children’s learning and development
- Supervise and care for children during activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop social skills
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that promotes independence and exploration
- Participate in daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and outdoor activities, adhering to health and safety standards including first aid protocols
- Collaborate with team members to observe individual progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development
- No prior experience is required. However, experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and early childhood education practices
- Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
- Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a nurturing attitude toward children
