CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATION - Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Deaf & Hard of Hearing, or - Valid California Special Education Credential authorizing the teaching of deaf and hard of hearing students - English Learner authorization or CLAD - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
