Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Client Services Representative to support our fiduciary operations. This role is ideal for a UCSB student, preferably majoring in Economics, Economics & Accounting, or a related field, who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in financial administration, client services, and fiduciary work.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client bills and accounts payable accurately and on time
- Review bank account transactions and monitor account activity
- Reconcile client bank and investment accounts on a monthly basis
- Pull, organize, and review financial and account reports
- Assist with client document management and administrative services
- Answer phone calls and communicate professionally with clients and vendors
- Interact with clients with patience, professionalism, and discretion
Experience
- Basic familiarity/experience with QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with financial information and confidential documents
- Professional communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable—especially when working with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
