To act as itinerant Speech Language Pathologist for the Santa Barbara County Education Office, Special Education Program. Responsibilities include assessment and instruction of students, and consultation for parents and teachers.
Requirements / Qualifications
California Speech-Language Pathology or Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential in Language, Speech, & Hearing, or master’s degree in communicative disorders (or equivalent), plus a valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License. Per Education Code 44831, licensure issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board and a master’s degree in communicative disorders (or equivalent) may qualify in lieu of a credential. Experience and/or training appropriate to fulfill requirements of the position. Vacancy is based in the Santa Ynez Valley and for the 2026-2027 school year.
