What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Santa Ana?
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Assemble components correctly and efficiently to produce a high-quality final product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Manually or with the used of some hand or mechanical tooling, assemble required parts.
· Apply epoxy material to various assemblies that require potting (sealing).
· Hand-assemble hardware such as seals, nuts and washers to complete final assembly.
· Accountable for other tasks and/or additional responsibilities as required for efficient operation of the department. Use the appropriate soldering type, solder wires as required by the appropriate document (drawings, work orders, work instructions, specifications, etc.) following the root and applicable procedures.
· Record all the work performed in the work order and enter the information into the system.
· Follows established set-up procedures for all Assembly operations.
SKILLS / ABILITIES:
· Good command of the English language written and verbal.
· Familiarity with drawing schematics, tinning, cold soldering, wire stripping, solder station temperatures, solder types, flux terms, flux soldering, wick terms, solder tips, reading blueprints, inspection types and quality levels, and soldering operation safety requirements.
· Ability to multitask in an active environment. Ability to lift and pull up to 50lbs occasionally

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
