AI SOLUTIONS INTERN

SANTE is a next-generation real estate investment firm known for pioneering Private Credit and Ground Lease strategies backed by commercial real estate in the U.S. and internationally. But we’re more than investors — we’re builders.

As part of our growth, we’re hiring a hands-on, AI-First Solutions Intern to help us build and launch real-world automations and AI tools that touch every part of our business — from marketing and deal sourcing to financing and operations.

This is a builder's internship. You will roll up your sleeves and work alongside our team to:

• Design and build no-code AI-powered automations that make the company run smoother and faster
• Create and deploy custom GPTs and internal AI agents to handle repetitive tasks, onboard new team members, and answer FAQs
• Use integration platforms like Make (MCP), N8N, and Zapier to connect tools like HubSpot, GetResponse, Google Sheets, Typeform, Base44, and many more!
• Experiment with cutting-edge tools like Skywork.ai, Shortcut.ai, Granola.ai, and Atlas Apps — and make them work for real business cases
• Collaborate with execs and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into deployable, automated solutions
• Test, document, iterate, and train users on how to use the tools you help build
• Contribute to building a repeatable framework for future interns by documenting your work and creating support tools like GPT-powered onboarding bots
  

You’ll be measured by:

• ✅ Number of fully deployed automation solutions you contribute to
• ✅ Quality and clarity of documentation and training materials you create
• ✅ Demonstrated use of LLMs and AI tools to improve business efficiency
• ✅ Contribution to repeatable internal frameworks (e.g., prompt libraries, process maps, onboarding tools)
• ✅ Ownership, follow-through, and ability to execute under guidance and ambiguity
  

You don’t need to be a seasoned engineer — but you do need to be highly motivated, technically curious, and energized by building.

• Likely a current college student (CS, engineering, or data-oriented major preferred)
• Some coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JS, or HTML) just to “think like a dev” — but this is a no-code-focused role
• Strong experience using LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Comfortable with configuration-heavy platforms like Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and AI-specific apps
• Detail-oriented and organized — your systems will be used and scaled
• Fast learner who’s coachable but also takes initiative and handles ambiguity with grace
