Responsibilities include:
- daily room rounds
- daily, weekly, monthly, and annual safety checks and inspections
- plant maintenance to include painting, furniture repairs, other repairs, or installations
- coordination of contractors for outsourced work
- ability to use technology for work orders and other documentation of inspections completed
