Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.
Qualifications
Experience:
LONG-TERM CARE
Education:
SERV SAFE (Preferred)
This position is responsible for preparing meals for lunch, and dinner. Review menus prior to preparation of food, inspect special diet trays to assure correct diet is served to resident, working with health care staff to ensure appropriate nutrition for each resident. Prepare food for all diets accordance with standardized recipes and special diet order, assist in production of food service line, process diet changes and new diets, prepare and serve meals, prepare food for all diets
Other duties include practicing safe food handling, keeping a clean kitchen and dining room
